Meet Your Veterinarian

A member of our team will review your pet's history and discuss any concerns. You can ask lots of questions, and we'll make sure to answer them.

Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment

Once your pet has been checked out, we will discuss our diagnosis and any options for treatment. Your vet will help you determine which treatment is right for your pet.

Once your visit is over, we will write up a detailed report of our diagnosis, our discussion with you, and the treatment plan. We will hold onto this information for your records.

Hospital FAQs

Learn more about our office policies, payment options, and appointment booking by reading through our hospital FAQs.

  • What is your payment policy?

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and pet health insurance.

  • Are there payment plans available for my pet’s care?

We are proud to offer CareCredit as a financing option. They offer an easy application process that will give you results in minutes.

  • Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?

We will discuss with you, an estimate of the cost of care prior to moving forward with treatment. While this estimate is fairly accurate, there are circumstances that can arise that might impact your final bill.

  • Should I call ahead to book an appointment?

Yes, please call ahead to book an appointment to ensure we have time in our schedule to see your pet.

For your convenience, drop-off' appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually, we will ask you to drop off' sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, he or she will give you a call to go over the findings and to give you discharge instructions.

  • What is your appointment cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the space in our schedule to other clients and emergency cases.

  • What types of animals do you treat?
